This gives me immense pleasure to welcome my intellectually heightened educators and administrators (Heads) of all schools of Jharkhand Zone-G to this official communication portal/platform to serve as an aide-memoire catering to the logical extension with this directive sheet of instructions and ideals for the betterment and amelioration of Zone-G. We have coherence with commitment and resolutions to create and constitute an enriching and upgraded educational collaborative environment where holistic learning will take place with dynamism. The impact of learning encompasses positive educational environment to encourage curiosity and love of learning under the canopy and in the atmosphere of Vedic culture and tradition with an emphasis to science and spirituality to meet the objectives of Anglo-Vedic culture and tradition. 

Dear colleagues,

We need to welcome NCF (National curriculum Frame work 2023). Gradually, our efforts will focus on skills and value development switching over from critical thinkings of learners. Must our endeavour counterbalance physical, emotional, Social, spiritual and intellectual aspects with holistic development. We usher to carry out the theme of a long awaited New education policy 2020 i.e. to educate, encourage and enlighten our students. So that, the aim of new education policy to prepare the youth of India to meet the challenges of present and future will be fulfilled. Hence, the guiding pillars of new education policy i.e. Access, Equity, Quality, Affordability and Accountability will be taken into consideration in the curriculum where there will be conceptual learning with conceptual speculative understanding, creativity and critical thinking to value empathy and respect of mother tongue and other language policy with skill orientation.

To the teachers:

In this web world, teachers’ role has become more promising, critical and challenging. They need to have more leadership quality in guiding students. They must have mastery in their respective subjects to promote and transfer knowledge so that students can be led towards innovation and self employment skills. Our teachers are expected to possess sound moral character. They must be compassionate to have mentorship guiding the students to reach to the goals making a sense of future. Our teachers must be role models to shape and nurture students’ values and character to boost them up with a civic sense and social responsibility. Every teacher is expected to build a trust with students and allow them to share their feelings and anxieties. Inspire your students to strive for goodness and pursuit of knowledge.

To the Parents:

We believe in strength of association. There is a strategic partnership between the institution and parents. We always stand positive to meet your expectations in providing a high-quality education to guide and steer to usher students to the path of progress and success. Every parent is expected to provide support, guidance and positive learning environment at home. Be active in communications with teachers. Attend school events specially parent-teacher meet (PTM). Foster love for learning. Encourage your child to develop good habits. Have healthy life style and maintain consistency in learning. Be the role model of your child by demonstrating a sound moral character, with good behaviour and work ethic. Every parent is expected to play a pivotal role in a child’s overall development. It is very essential to learn that parenting is an ever evolving process to develop the cognitive and social skills which are not only required for success in schools but beyond.

To the students’:

Students are expected to have resilience. Have integrity and quest for learning. Explore and delve into the depth of knowledge. Monitor your progress. Develop good study habits. Keep yourself away from bad environment. Be time bound and encourage yourself to visualize your dreams. Develop your patience and practice positive thinking and perseverance. Every student must cultivate a well-versed  academic environment inside and outside the school campus. Eventually, you shall acknowledge your strength, and some of your efforts resulted in success. The resources, academic schedules, extra co-curricular activities, all this shall be made available on this website. You need to be in touch with it. Your consistency will play a pivotal role in your life’s journey and success.

We all must come together to sustain the highest standard and legacy of education in Jharkhand Zone-G. Let us work with unity in harmony to ensure the lofty height of success. Let us perpetually strengthen the capacity and intellect of the students to frame them into better citizens of the world.
